Support and promote incident- and injury-free field operations by assisting with EHS tasks across regional heavy-construction operations. Maintain safety programs and compliance with codes and policies, perform Excel data entry and reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and help ensure safe work practices.

Plan, schedule, and manage technical tasks for construction projects. Coordinate field work, vendors, and site documentation (RFIs, COs, inspections). Track budgets, timesheets, and project costs; scan/store blueprints; generate daily/weekly reports and billing. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance and serve as field contact for clients and teams.

Manage assigned projects end-to-end from quoting through closeout: coordinate schedules, staffing, contractors, materials, budgets, and onsite activities; supervise crew and subcontractors; liaise with clients and sales; maintain project documentation and reports in SharePoint; enforce safety, resolve issues, and manage change orders.
