Coordinate accounting administration and operational tasks including invoice processing, AR/AP support, reconciliations, purchase orders, month-end close assistance, customer file maintenance, data entry, clerical and reception duties, and occasional shipping/receiving and new-hire paperwork.

Lead and manage rigging operations including crew scheduling, dispatch, safety coordination, equipment procurement and maintenance, customer interactions, workforce development, and on-site project execution for industrial and data center projects.

Support and promote incident- and injury-free field operations by assisting with EHS tasks across regional heavy-construction operations. Maintain safety programs and compliance with codes and policies, perform Excel data entry and reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and help ensure safe work practices.
