Manages machinery moving and construction-related projects from quoting through closeout. Coordinates schedules, staffing, contractors, materials, equipment, budgets, risks, safety, change orders, and client communications. Supervises field teams, manages project documentation and reporting, conducts handoff meetings, and ensures work meets contract specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations. Requires onsite leadership, physical work around machinery, and travel to job sites.

Leads regional sales strategy and execution for rigging, crating, and industrial logistics services across Texas and Louisiana. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, developing client and partner relationships, analyzing markets, setting revenue targets, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, closing complex deals, monitoring performance, and reporting results to senior management. Requires strong leadership, account management, communication, and industry sales expertise, plus local travel.
