The role manages dealer relationships, coordinates internal resources, conducts performance reviews, and maintains credibility within the dealer community while owning revenue and retention outcomes.

Sell vehicles in a buy-here-pay-here dealership by identifying customer needs, recommending vehicles, explaining financing options, meeting sales goals, maintaining records, and building repeat and referral business. The role requires customer-focused communication, negotiation, follow-up, and collaboration with sales management and finance. Automotive or BHPH sales experience is preferred, while compensation includes a guaranteed annual minimum, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and other performance incentives.

Sell vehicles in a Buy Here Pay Here dealership by identifying customer needs, recommending vehicles, explaining financing options, meeting sales goals, maintaining records, and following up with customers. The role requires relationship-building, negotiation, customer service, and collaboration with sales management and finance. Automotive sales experience and Buy Here Pay Here experience are preferred, while a high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.
