Leads and develops an automotive dealership sales team, drives monthly sales performance, coaches representatives, manages customer negotiations and closing, monitors CRM activity and conversion metrics, and maintains customer satisfaction. The role partners with Finance and Operations, analyzes market and sales trends, prepares forecasts and reports, and builds an accountable, high-performing sales culture. Buy Here Pay Here dealership experience is preferred.

Provides administrative support for wholesale and inventory operations by maintaining inventory records, processing auction purchases and documentation, coordinating vehicle transportation, monitoring shipments, reconciling inventory, and preparing reports. The role requires strong organization, communication, Excel and Google Sheets skills, and the ability to learn CRM and inventory management systems. Administrative or inventory experience is preferred, while bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.

Sell vehicles in a buy-here-pay-here dealership by identifying customer needs, recommending vehicles, explaining financing options, meeting sales goals, maintaining records, and building repeat and referral business. The role requires customer-focused communication, negotiation, follow-up, and collaboration with sales management and finance. Automotive or BHPH sales experience is preferred, while compensation includes a guaranteed annual minimum, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and other performance incentives.
