Manages and nurtures high-value T&D utility accounts across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Drives account growth, wallet share, quota attainment, customer satisfaction, and sales pipeline health. Builds relationships from technicians through executives and collaborates with regional account managers, business unit leaders, and product specialists to align initiatives and strengthen client partnerships.

Supports engineering teams with research, design, documentation, testing, data collection, troubleshooting, and project execution. Prepares technical reports, presentations, and drawings; organizes engineering records; collaborates with cross-functional teams; follows safety and quality standards; and contributes to process improvement while developing engineering fundamentals under supervision.

Improve manufacturing processes for complex electrical test equipment by troubleshooting assembly issues, driving continuous improvement, standardizing processes, managing electronics-processing capital projects, creating work instructions and training materials, supporting design-for-manufacturability reviews, improving labor and material efficiency, and assisting quality corrective actions and safety remediation.
