Supports electrical and electronic product quality throughout manufacturing by investigating failures, developing and validating test procedures, troubleshooting production test systems, and implementing corrective actions. The role analyzes manufacturing and field data, supports NPI and process improvements, contributes to ISO 9001 compliance, assists with calibration and metrology, and collaborates with Production, Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to improve reliability, first-pass yield, and manufacturing performance.

Develop and secure cable diagnostic equipment sales across the South Central USA. Build customer relationships, conduct technical demonstrations, support outside sales representatives, train sales teams, manage opportunities and forecasts, maintain CRM records, and provide technical support for cable fault location, VLF, Tan Delta, and Partial Discharge equipment. The role requires extensive regional travel, territory planning, industry engagement, and coordination with sales leadership.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for users across North American locations and remote environments. Troubleshoots Windows hardware, software, networking, account, access, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, and device issues. Handles deployments, onboarding, offboarding, ticket documentation, and escalation while collaborating on infrastructure projects. Requires independent problem-solving, strong communication, and at least two years of hands-on IT support experience.
