Process B2B customer orders from quotation through delivery, manage international export shipments, and coordinate customs, shipping, and export documentation. Maintain SAP ERP and CRM records, communicate with customers and logistics partners, monitor delivery deadlines, resolve shipment issues, and support departmental KPIs and process improvements.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for users across North American locations and remote environments. Troubleshoots Windows hardware, software, networking, account, access, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, and device issues. Handles deployments, onboarding, offboarding, ticket documentation, and escalation while collaborating on infrastructure projects. Requires independent problem-solving, strong communication, and at least two years of hands-on IT support experience.

Manages and nurtures high-value T&D utility accounts across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Drives account growth, wallet share, quota attainment, customer satisfaction, and sales pipeline health. Builds relationships from technicians through executives and collaborates with regional account managers, business unit leaders, and product specialists to align initiatives and strengthen client partnerships.
