The Business Finance Manager partners with business and technology teams to develop financial plans, budgets, and annual operating plans. Responsibilities include reviewing actuals versus plans, analyzing variances, tracking business metrics, supporting month-end close, advising management on business initiatives, conducting scenario analysis, optimizing revenue-cycle operations, and driving process standardization and automation.

Own end-to-end non-technical recruiting for a business unit, including talent pipeline development, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate experience, offer negotiation, and stakeholder partnership. Develop recruiting strategies, track hiring metrics, create dashboards and reports, build employment brand, maintain candidate relationships, and support talent acquisition projects and programs.

Own the design and implementation of performance and talent management initiatives, including process creation, execution, change management, stakeholder coordination, and employee support. Analyze performance data to assess effectiveness and improve employee experience. Partner with HR leadership, HRBPs, business teams, COEs, and employees on strategic HR projects, track implementation progress, maintain databases, identify trends, and apply industry best practices.
