Lead strategy and execution for commerce verticals to drive GMV and user/seller/creator growth. Own end-to-end problem solving, P&L/KPI delivery, cross-functional stakeholder management, program optimization, data-driven decisions, and coach a team to scale initiatives.

Lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts to define product vision, prioritize problems, run experiments (MVPs/A-B tests), ensure product quality, track metrics, build roadmaps, and partner cross-functionally to launch and grow consumer-facing e‑commerce products.

Provide corporate legal support across contracting, commercial negotiations, compliance (Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI), M&A/IPO readiness, employment matters, external counsel coordination, and process improvements.
