Own the company’s legal and regulatory strategy across controlled-substance prescribing, telehealth practice, corporate structure, privacy, marketing, AI, litigation, workforce matters, payer contracts, and governance. Advise executives and the board, manage government inquiries and outside counsel, negotiate healthcare and commercial agreements, and build the legal function. The role requires deep healthcare and digital-health experience, including MSO and professional-corporation structures, HIPAA, healthcare fraud and abuse, consumer protection, employment law, and multi-state regulatory matters.

Own end-to-end frontend delivery for patient-facing, clinical, administrative, and AI-powered products. Maintain and improve a large Angular codebase and NX monorepo, contribute to architecture and performance, write tested TypeScript and RxJS code, and support framework, CI/CD, and tooling improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally from requirements through release, use agentic AI development tools, and occasionally work across SQL, backend endpoints, and API layers.

Leads an engineering track by empowering engineers, driving organizational and technical initiatives, improving collaboration with Product, and building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing ceremonies, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management, career development, and scaling zero-to-one product initiatives. This is a people and organizational leadership role rather than a delivery management or hands-on technical authority position.
