Leads an engineering track with emphasis on organization-wide technical and process improvements, autonomous teams, people development, hiring, performance management, and AI-agent adoption. Partners with product managers to deliver reliable, intuitive user experiences. This role focuses on enabling engineers and driving measurable organizational change rather than coding, architecture ownership, delivery management, or sprint oversight.

Own frontend delivery for AI-powered mental healthcare products using a large Angular monorepo. Develop, test, and release patient-facing and internal applications; improve architecture, performance, platform health, CI/CD, and NX structure. Build interfaces for AI features and use agentic coding tools in daily development. Collaborate cross-functionally while occasionally working across SQL, backend endpoints, and APIs.

Own end-to-end frontend delivery for patient-facing, clinical, administrative, and AI-powered products. Develop and maintain a large Angular codebase, design scalable architectures, write tested TypeScript and RxJS code, improve performance and CI/CD, and contribute to Nx monorepo upgrades. Use agentic AI tools in daily development, work across API and SQL layers, and collaborate autonomously with a cross-functional product team.
