Contact consumers by inbound and outbound calls to resolve outstanding balances, handle disputes, set payment arrangements, document calls and update account statuses, research accounts, and coordinate with litigation team for court processing.

Serve as liaison between clients and call center staff to process time-sensitive documents and patient requests. Validate consumer requests, analyze billings and accounts, post payments/adjustments, verify insurance eligibility, inspect bankruptcy notices, and process statements and settlement offers while providing administrative support.

Design, develop, test, and support full-stack healthcare applications across the application stack. Modify and maintain existing software, enforce development best practices, participate in QA and SDLC processes, and collaborate with product, architecture, and support teams to deliver reliable solutions.
