At MedTrans Go, I have learned so much about integrity in business. Daily, I witness and experience our leadership value each individual within the company. I continue to learn new ways to approach challenges working with our team.

My favorite thing about working for MedTrans Go is truly the team atmosphere provided here, and it starts with the leadership. They really put you in a position to be successful and work together cohesively.

Our mission is to improve access to care and care coordination processes. There are so many members of vulnerable populations who aren't able to get the healthcare that they need, and so many healthcare workers that need assistance improving their delivery model. It's incredible to see our tech have such a positive impact on these communities.

We have a wonderfully smart team and encourage everyone bring their unique perspectives to the table. One of our core values is collaboration, so I strive to always listen and create a workspace that prioritizes ensuring that everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas, engaging with various ways to approach a problem, and celebrating team innovation.

Since starting as an intern, I've gained tremendous responsibility. Internally, I've grown through working with an incredible team and managing different roles. Externally, I've been able to standardize processes and work with healthcare executives. Working collaboratively in both capacities provides exposure and facilitates group problem solving.
