The role also oversees occupational safety and health compliance, conducts workplace inspections, prepares compliance reports, investigates incidents, and supports accident prevention. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Configure, maintain, and deploy the StrataWare Bill Review application across QA and pre-production environments. The role supports application stability, uptime, release readiness, scheduled updates, and coordination among development, configuration management, QA, and production operations. It also provides timely technical support for complex client issues and may require periodic weekend work during release windows.

The Data Analyst Level I supports data-driven solutions, generates reports using SQL and Excel, and collaborates on client performance analysis.
