Reviews medical records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation for utilization and continued-care authorization. Provides remote physical therapy consultations, evaluates case eligibility using clinical guidelines and professional judgment, communicates with patients and care stakeholders, documents recommendations and case activity, conducts ongoing reviews, supports peer review, and provides clinical guidance to non-clinical staff. The role requires a PT, MPT, or DPT and direct patient-care experience.

Analyzes revenue data, identifies trends and discrepancies, prepares performance reports and forecasts, reconciles revenue with sales and finance teams, monitors key metrics, and supports revenue management strategies and process improvements.

Reviews, audits, and approves workers compensation and no-fault medical bills using fee schedules, PPO interfaces, client instructions, and the Medata system. Analyzes medical records, coding, terminology, billing history, and usual-and-customary applications to recommend payment. Maintains productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time standards; performs quality reviews; researches billing issues; and escalates system or process concerns.
