Responsibilities include executive relationship management, account planning, governance, service-level oversight, escalation resolution, retention, renewals, cross-sell and upsell development, and cross-functional coordination. The role monitors account health, financial performance, claims and payment integrity outcomes, risks, and growth opportunities while guiding Account Managers and supporting implementations and client transitions.

Leads MedReview’s Account Management function, strategic healthcare client relationships, retention, satisfaction, revenue growth, and account expansion. Builds scalable processes, coaches account managers, oversees client health metrics and SLAs, manages escalations, supports cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and coordinates with Operations, Product, Finance, Business Development, and implementation teams. Serves as the senior relationship leader for major health plan clients and brings customer insights into enterprise planning.
