Execute mammalian cell growth, transfection, recombinant protein expression, AKTA/FPLC and KingFisher purification, and analytical QC using SEC, UPLC/HPLC, concentration assays, endotoxin testing, and SDS-PAGE. Prepare buffers and columns, maintain instruments, analyze chromatograms, document experiments in ELNs, and refine SOPs. Collaborate with roboticists and software engineers to convert laboratory workflows into reliable, high-throughput autonomous protocols.

Maintain robot uptime and reliability for daily protocol runs, diagnose and resolve operational issues onsite, perform preventive maintenance and calibrations, monitor system health with dashboards and alerts, document incidents and resolutions, support engineering visits and validate deployments, and coordinate schedules with customer scientists.
