Provides administrative and operational support to management while coordinating inbound shipments, air freight records, warehouse delivery schedules, customs documentation, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Monitors shipment status, pricing, timelines, discrepancies, and damages; communicates updates to internal stakeholders and ensures warehouses receive accurate documentation. Requires strong communication, organizational, computer, and Microsoft Office skills.

Manage customer orders from entry through invoicing using SAP, ensuring accurate product, pricing, delivery, and documentation details. Respond to inquiries about order status, freight, tracking, availability, and invoices; manage shared inboxes; update sales orders; use customer portals; and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support timely delivery and quality service.

Manage and improve medmix’s global WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure; coordinate external network providers; implement and operate network environments; optimize network-team processes; ensure security and regulatory compliance; support digital innovation and IT strategy; manage budgets; and maintain network standards, documentation, and visual overviews.
