Provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior executives by managing calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel, documents, expenses, projects, and communications. Prepares agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes; tracks action items and deadlines; maintains confidentiality; coordinates internal and external relationships; and proactively addresses executive needs in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Manage and improve medmix’s global WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure. Coordinate external network service providers, implement and operate network environments, optimize team processes, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. The role also contributes to digital innovation, IT strategy, budgeting, network standards, documentation, and reliable worldwide connectivity.

The Junior Hub Planner ensures efficient planning and coordination of demand, supply, and inventory in the distribution hub, supports operational excellence, and collaborates cross-functionally to optimize service levels.
