Process, package, and ship orders accurately. Organize inventory, inspect for defects, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Follow safety regulations and suggest improvements.

Responsible for developing, validating, implementing, and maintaining test methods (TMV) to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Perform MSA, Gauge R&R, capability studies, risk assessments, validation protocols, and root-cause analysis. Support engineering, metrology, production, and audits; train personnel; drive continuous improvement and ensure inspection-ready documentation for GMP manufacturing environments.

Handle end-to-end order management in SAP, including order entry, confirmations, date changes, and invoicing. Respond to customer inquiries on status, freight, tracking, pricing and availability. Manage shared inboxes, use customer portals for ASNs/invoices, and coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries while meeting KPI targets.
