Process, package, and ship orders accurately. Organize inventory, inspect for defects, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Follow safety regulations and suggest improvements.

Handle end-to-end order management in SAP, including order entry, confirmations, date changes, and invoicing. Respond to customer inquiries on status, freight, tracking, pricing and availability. Manage shared inboxes, use customer portals for ASNs/invoices, and coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries while meeting KPI targets.

Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of measurement and calibration systems in manufacturing. Program and operate CMMs and video inspection equipment, develop calibration programs, perform repeatability studies, support new projects and process improvements, and provide hands-on support to manufacturing to meet quality and production requirements.
