Manage customer orders in SAP from entry through invoicing, ensuring accurate confirmations, delivery details, dates, pricing, and documentation. Respond to order-status and product inquiries, manage shared inboxes, use customer portals, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and planning teams to support timely fulfillment and continuous improvement.

Metrologist responsible for maintaining measurement and calibration systems used in manufacturing. Performs CMM programming and inspection, develops metrology methods, supports equipment qualification, conducts repeatability studies, manages calibration activities, interprets mechanical drawings and GD&T, and assists Engineering and Manufacturing with prototypes, process improvements, and quality requirements.

Provides administrative support to management while coordinating inbound shipments, air freight records, customs documentation, warehouse deliveries, and transportation issue resolution. Serves as liaison among freight forwarders, customs brokers, internal stakeholders, and warehouse teams. Maintains shipment timelines, verifies pricing, schedules delivery appointments, investigates discrepancies, and ensures accurate documentation. Requires strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, plus at least five years of related experience and a high school diploma.
