Lead and manage a division sales team to drive revenue and profitability. Develop business and marketing plans, pricing strategies, proposals, and RFP responses. Mentor and coach account representatives, maintain sales and pricing records, and expand the customer base. Travel extensively to support large enterprise accounts and supplier relationship management.

Lead end-to-end enterprise network operations and cloud-hybrid networking. Design, implement, and secure LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/wireless/data center networks; manage cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP), connectivity, automation, SLAs, ITIL processes, vendor relationships, incident response, and team development to improve performance, resiliency, and cost efficiency.

Interns work closely with a manager, receive entrepreneurial training, and gain exposure to multiple aspects of the business. The role is designed to provide realistic experience in the assigned division and requires strong organization, planning, communication, presentation, follow-up, initiative, and results orientation. Interns must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and demonstrate academic achievement and a successful track record.
