Own the EMEA deal desk lifecycle from quote creation and pricing review through contract execution and order-management handoff. Guide Account Executives on pricing, packaging, discounts, commercial terms, and approvals; validate CPQ quotes; support redline negotiations; document exceptions; prioritize quarter-end deals; and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and Sales Operations. The role also identifies blockers, communicates deal risks, and improves quoting processes and cycle times.

Advise international customers on optimizing Medius workflows, increasing automation, and improving process efficiency. Analyze customer data, recommend best practices and configurations, explain new features, and support testing and go-live activities. Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success teams while managing multiple customer engagements. The role is based in Tunisia, requires English communication, flexible hours for North American customers, and some client-site travel.

Serve as US HR SME managing compliance, HRIS (HiBob), PEO liaison (ADP TotalSource), onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits (including 401(k)), employee relations and ER cases (PIPs), policy updates, audits, and US-specific HR projects while partnering with global HR and payroll teams.
