Teams at Medius

Drives new-logo revenue across the Benelux mid-market by prospecting, managing complex 6–9 month sales cycles, engaging senior finance stakeholders, presenting ROI-driven solutions, negotiating contracts, forecasting pipeline, and exceeding quota. The role requires consultative SaaS selling, strategic account planning, executive communication, and collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing on Azure Databricks. Develop data infrastructure supporting customer features, AI/ML, analytics, and reporting. Contribute to Terraform, infrastructure as code, DevOps, reliability, security, performance, data modeling, governance, and quality standards. Help shape the platform backlog, identify improvements, and establish scalable data patterns across Medius products.

Manage a portfolio of UK-based enterprise customers using Medius accounts payable automation solutions. Build executive relationships, drive adoption, retention, customer success, account governance, forecasting, and quota attainment. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across AP automation, AI, payments, and procurement solutions. Develop account plans, conduct customer reviews and presentations, coordinate with Customer Success and specialists, and maintain accurate Salesforce administration.
