Teams at Medius

Leads North American business development teams responsible for qualified pipeline generation. Oversees hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, prospecting strategy, KPI tracking, CRM hygiene, training, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and account executives. Drives continuous improvement in outbound and inbound prospecting, team productivity, qualification consistency, and forecast accuracy while building a high-performing, accountable culture across U.S. and Canadian teams.

Owns the product strategy, backlog, discovery, specifications, testing, and roadmap for Medius’s SAP or D365 F&O ERP integration. The role works closely with customers, partners, engineering, customer-facing teams, and other product managers. Responsibilities include evaluating ERP ecosystem changes, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, prioritizing technical and customer needs, supporting agile delivery, and serving as the ERP integration subject-matter expert.

Serve as US HR SME managing compliance, HRIS (HiBob), PEO liaison (ADP TotalSource), onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits (including 401(k)), employee relations and ER cases (PIPs), policy updates, audits, and US-specific HR projects while partnering with global HR and payroll teams.
