Lead enterprise-wide EHR deployment across a provincial healthcare environment. Provide executive program governance, vendor and subcontractor coordination, stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption oversight, risk and financial management, and change leadership. Ensure workflow standardization, compliance, measurable KPIs, and successful go-live and stabilization while operating bilingually in English and French Canadian.

Support regional sales by prospecting and engaging new and existing healthcare customers via cold/warm calls, email, and social outreach. Assist through sales cycle stages—lead follow-up, RFP/RFI, quoting, proposals, meeting prep, and contracting—using CRM and marketing integrations. Occasional travel required.

Develop and maintain cloud-based platform services and cloud database infrastructure using Node.js. Build containerized applications and orchestration with Kubernetes, work with SQL/NoSQL databases, evaluate new technologies, write high-quality code, collaborate in an agile team, and mentor others as needed.
