Lead enterprise-wide EHR deployment across a provincial healthcare environment. Provide executive program governance, vendor and subcontractor coordination, stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption oversight, risk and financial management, and change leadership. Ensure workflow standardization, compliance, measurable KPIs, and successful go-live and stabilization while operating bilingually in English and French Canadian.

Develop and maintain cloud-based platform services and cloud database infrastructure using Node.js. Build containerized applications and orchestration with Kubernetes, work with SQL/NoSQL databases, evaluate new technologies, write high-quality code, collaborate in an agile team, and mentor others as needed.

Deliver dynamic demonstrations of MEDITECH EHR solutions to prospects and customers, craft customized presentations, respond to RFPs, support sales and product teams, troubleshoot common technical issues, represent the company at trade shows, and travel extensively (50–60%).
