Lead product delivery and customer success for the transparency product, advising customers on US/global life sciences compliance, managing support and professional services, tracking KPIs and deadlines, serving as escalation point, and supporting sales, training, and process improvements.

Serve as the SME for the Stakeholder Engagement product, advising customers on life‑sciences compliance, aligning product and regulatory expectations, partnering cross‑functionally (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success), leading assessments/audits/training, and representing the company in industry thought leadership and customer governance.
