Provides administrative and operational support to the Latvia business, including vendor and procurement coordination, purchase orders, office supplies, onboarding, database updates, event and meeting organization, project coordination, reporting, and document archiving. Supports medical, scientific, and corporate events while managing relationships with local service providers and assisting colleagues with ad hoc business needs.

Drive AI and business transformation initiatives from strategy through execution. Manage governance, prioritization, workstreams, dependencies, risks, KPIs, ROI models, and stakeholder accountability across global teams. Partner with business, product, AI, and IBT stakeholders to implement adoption frameworks, build transformation processes, resolve blockers, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Own the end-to-end UX and UI for an innovative platform as the sole designer. Responsibilities include product discovery, user research, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, usability testing, design systems, stakeholder alignment, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. The role requires shaping complex B2B or enterprise experiences in an ambiguous environment, establishing design practices, and delivering polished, accessible products through launch and iteration.
