Promotes pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across Jerusalem, primarily cardiologists, endocrinologists, and family physicians. Responsibilities include territory and customer management, product education, scientific presentations, multichannel engagement, appointment planning, sales analysis, relationship building, compliance, pharmacovigilance reporting, and conference attendance. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and ethical support of healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Manages business applications throughout their lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, configuration, releases, support, vendor coordination, user adoption, training, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates application-related projects, translates business needs into system solutions, manages stakeholders and risks, supports UAT and go-live activities, and maintains documentation and status reporting.

Provides administrative and business support to the Country Manager, including coordinating local events, congresses, meetings, advisory boards, and designated projects. Maintains office supplies and databases, manages purchase orders and vendor forms, coordinates with third-party providers, supports employee orientation, prepares event reports, archives documentation, and handles ad hoc administrative projects. The role requires strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, English fluency, and preferably experience with pharmaceutical processes, audits, reporting, and event organization.
