Lead global compensation and total rewards processes across multiple countries, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, incentive programs, benchmarking, salary structures, job architecture, equity analysis, reporting, and policy development. Partner with HR, business leaders, Finance, and local teams to ensure competitive, consistent, compliant, and data-driven rewards practices. Build analytical tools and support continuous improvement of global compensation infrastructure and processes.

The FP&A Business Partner leads budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, executive reporting, and business partnering for senior stakeholders. The role drives AI-enabled FP&A transformation by applying automation, advanced analytics, and tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, BI platforms, and Power BI. Responsibilities also include process improvement, financial storytelling, cross-functional initiatives, data accuracy, compliance, and translating complex financial information into actionable recommendations.

Lead global ERP architecture for logistics and supply chain processes, serving as the NetSuite subject matter expert. Design scalable solutions, translate business requirements, manage integrations and automation, and lead ERP implementations from planning through stabilization. Provide professional leadership and mentoring to ERP implementers while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and global stakeholders. Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across procurement, inventory, order management, fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution.
