Manage workforce planning, forecasting, and staffing models for the Wealth Support Centre. Build and automate dashboards/reports, analyze KPIs and operational data, provide performance insights and recommendations, support projects and process improvements, and train stakeholders on reporting and forecasting tools.

Lead and manage ESG and climate-related initiatives across the bank: collect and analyse sustainability data, compile disclosures (including Pillar III), calculate GHG emissions, track stakeholder inquiries, align reporting with frameworks and regulations, and support internal/external communications and systems development.

As an intern in various teams, you'll support HR functions, compliance, risk management, finance operations, marketing, and more, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
