Leads enterprise AI enablement by evaluating and integrating LLM platforms, developing prompt and orchestration patterns, automating implementation and testing workflows, and establishing secure PHI/PII safeguards. Partners with architecture, development, security, and implementation teams to move prototypes into production, train staff, measure adoption, and improve data onboarding. Requires hands-on LLM engineering, AI coding assistant governance, data engineering, healthcare compliance, and mentorship expertise.

Leads infrastructure, cloud, and database operations across internal and healthcare client environments. Owns availability, security, performance, disaster recovery, compliance controls, incident and change management, vendor evaluation, cloud costs, project governance, documentation, and technical team leadership. Requires hands-on Azure, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and/or SQL Server expertise, regulated-environment experience, and eligibility for U.S. government and healthcare security requirements.

Provides frontline Tier I technical support for clients and internal users, resolving incidents and service requests under ITIL practices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, ticket management, client communication, documentation, training, onboarding and offboarding support, application release orchestration, automation, asset tracking, and equipment provisioning. The role also supports networks, systems, security technologies, databases, collaboration tools, and software development environments while escalating issues as needed.
