Provide on-site Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) services as a Physician Assistant to skilled nursing facility patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT/OT/SLP, PCPs) to assess, treat, and track rehabilitation progress, manage common SNF conditions (spasticity, neurogenic bladder/bowel, post-op care), attend multidisciplinary meetings, and support facility staff through education and clinical leadership.

Provide PM&R/physiatry consultative care at designated skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary therapy and PCP teams to optimize rehabilitation, manage pain/spasticity and neurogenic issues, attend multidisciplinary meetings, and support patient functional improvement and independence.

Provide PM&R/Physiatry consultative care at a designated skilled nursing facility, collaborating with PT/OT/SLP and PCP teams to optimize rehabilitation, track therapy progress, manage pain/spasticity and neurogenic bowel/bladder, attend multidisciplinary meetings, and support facility staff education and culture-building.
