Lead design, delivery, and governance of internal and client-facing training for Medicaid programs. Manage training staff, develop curricula, oversee LMS and e-learning content, ensure compliance and auditable documentation, track training metrics, and partner with SMEs across IT, Operations, Clinical, Call Center, Rebate, OCM, and Compliance to support implementations and continuous improvement.
