Supervises configuration specialists and analysts responsible for pharmacy benefit design, implementation, maintenance, and claims adjudication accuracy. Manages staff performance, quality, service delivery, client relationships, escalated issues, training, process improvements, and cross-functional projects. Partners with client-facing teams, Sales, and business units on system enhancements, new products, proposals, and presentations. Ensures deliverables meet service agreements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while supporting internal and external clients.

Provides principal-level network engineering expertise, designing and maintaining enterprise infrastructure, troubleshooting network and application performance issues, leading complex technology initiatives, and developing security, disaster recovery, automation, and capacity-planning solutions. The role serves as a subject-matter expert for clients and stakeholders, mentors network personnel, conducts technical reviews, recommends emerging technologies, and supports network administration, upgrades, and operational improvements. On-call availability, onsite work in San Diego, and up to 10% domestic travel are required.

Analyzes business systems and user needs, gathers and documents requirements, develops functional specifications, facilitates business and technical design sessions, coordinates software enhancements, manages service requests and releases, supports QA, and leads assigned projects through completion. The role serves as a liaison among clients, vendors, business stakeholders, and IT development teams while ensuring solutions meet requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
