Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing calendars, correspondence, meetings, communications, confidential matters, travel arrangements, and special projects. Coordinates stakeholders, prepares business-planning materials, prioritizes competing demands, follows up on initiatives, and supports operational efficiency. The position is full-time and on-site in Richmond, Virginia, with healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred.

Oversee operational performance across multiple correctional healthcare facilities, ensuring regulatory, contractual, and quality compliance. Lead site performance improvement, corrective action plans, staffing and retention efforts, client relationships, leadership coaching, training, and cross-functional initiatives. Analyze performance data, address operational risks, support budgets and business development, and promote consistent healthcare service delivery across the assigned region.

Leads the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, reconciliations, audits, and internal controls. Manages and develops the accounting team, ensures GAAP compliance, supports budgeting and forecasting, improves accounting systems and processes, and partners with operational and finance leaders on reporting, controls, and organizational growth initiatives.
