Provides psychiatric care to incarcerated patients, including evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, crisis intervention, suicide and violence risk assessments, documentation, and compliance activities. Collaborates with healthcare and correctional staff, supports mental health education and quality improvement, supervises or collaborates with psychiatric nurse practitioners, and provides phone coverage for psychiatric emergencies.

Process biweekly multi-state payroll accurately and on time; resolve payroll discrepancies; manage tax jurisdiction setup and reporting; coordinate with HR and Finance on rate, benefit, and status changes; process incentives and disability payments; assist audits and serve as AP/AR backup using QuickBooks.

Plan, draft, and submit persuasive proposals for correctional healthcare RFPs; coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain proposal libraries and records (Salesforce), manage calendars, proof and produce final deliverables, track outcomes, and support business development and pre-bid activities.
