Vice President of Engineering will lead engineering strategy, organization design, hiring, delivery, architecture, infrastructure, reliability, security, compliance, and AI initiatives. The role partners with executive leadership to scale MediCircle’s medication redistribution platform nationally, establish engineering operating standards, manage technical risk and investment, and build a high-performing engineering organization capable of supporting complex pharmacy operations, patient workflows, integrations, and regulatory requirements.

Lead engineering execution and team growth for a national medication redistribution platform. Guide backend, frontend, infrastructure, architecture, security, reliability, and DevOps practices while remaining hands-on with design and production code. Partner with product, pharmacy operations, compliance, and executives to translate complex workflows into scalable software. Establish engineering standards, improve delivery and operational performance, recruit and mentor engineers, and evaluate AI tools for development and product capabilities.

Lead the design and development of MediCircle's backend architecture and product features while managing full stack responsibilities and integrating AI technologies.
