Use AI, automation, and modern finance tools to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. Partner with leadership, operations, external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors while supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Supports an executive by managing calendars, travel, meeting preparation, correspondence, follow-ups, stakeholder relationships, events, and confidential information. The role also improves workflows using AI and productivity tools, coordinates executive communications with investors and VIP clients, and provides administrative support to maintain executive effectiveness in a fast-paced healthcare technology company.
