Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations including intake and tracking of requests, vendor and materials management, project plan maintenance, event logistics, PR monitoring, content and asset organization, basic reporting and invoice processing, and supporting donor communications and storytelling across campaigns.

Provide global finance leadership for a multinational NGO, overseeing grants, compliance, audits, ERP implementations, cash flow, banking relationships, and finance reporting. Advise the COO and Board, build and lead distributed finance teams, drive financial strategy, donor cost recovery (NICRA), and ensure internal controls and readiness for humanitarian deployments.
