Manages logistics, procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, fleet and asset readiness, facilities, safety, security, and emergency preparedness for U.S. medical programs. Supervises operations staff, oversees compliance and audits, develops readiness systems and dashboards, manages budgets and operational risks, and advises leadership on procurement, costs, feasibility, and program expansion. Supports mobile clinics, disaster response, deployments, and domestic travel.

Leads organization-wide FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, cost recovery, NICRA reporting, and enterprise performance analysis. Partners with executives and department leaders to provide financial insights, evaluate investments, monitor KPIs, identify risks, optimize resources, and support strategic decisions. Serves as a finance ERP champion, improves reporting processes, advances data governance and automation, and develops dashboards, training, and decision-support tools across the organization.
