Lead new business development within designated therapeutic areas: generate and qualify leads, build multi-stage pipelines, develop account strategies, collaborate with scientific and client services teams, attend conferences, mentor junior BD staff, manage CRM-driven prospecting, and drive bookings while ensuring compliance with quality and clinical practice standards.

Design, develop, maintain, and support a complex web application and associated platform components (SQL Server, Windows services, desktop apps). Implement performant, secure back-end systems and intuitive front-end interfaces using .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Blazor, and related technologies. Mentor team members, perform code reviews, follow SDLC/agile processes, interface with users to prioritize requests, and ensure compliance with corporate and ISO standards.
