Teams at Medical Informatics Engineering

Owns post-go-live client success for assigned enterprise accounts by driving adoption, monitoring health and sentiment, managing escalations, delivering business reviews, and identifying expansion signals. The role partners with Support, Deployment, PMO, and Account Management while providing renewal health input without owning contracts, quotas, negotiations, or routine ticket resolution.

Leads and scales enterprise account management, driving retention, expansion sales, renewals, executive relationships, forecasting, and client satisfaction. Manages Account Managers, establishes performance KPIs, oversees complex negotiations, identifies cross-sell opportunities, and partners with Sales, Product, Support, Finance, and Client Success teams. The role also improves CRM processes, account health tracking, and operational scalability across complex healthcare enterprise accounts.

Provide application support for EMR customers, troubleshoot business applications, answer questions, escalate priority issues and bugs, configure workflows, train users, support onboarding, and advise customers on EMR optimization and best practices. The role serves as a central customer contact, provides ongoing product education, and requires up to 10% travel.
