Owns application architecture, shared frameworks, technical standards, and production code across backend, IoT, and customer-facing systems. Leads modernization from PHP to C#/.NET cloud-native services on Azure, including AKS, messaging, APIs, observability, and CI/CD. Provides technical mentorship and limited line management while partnering with PMO, infrastructure, and engineering leadership. Builds production agentic AI workflows using agent frameworks, RAG, tool calling, and MCP, with strong emphasis on reliability and governance.

Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical development, including data extensions, SQL segmentation, journeys, automations, APIs, integrations, personalization, QA, governance, compliance, reporting, and data quality. Maintain Marketing Cloud Connect and Knak integrations, protect healthcare-related data, manage consent workflows, and ensure accurate data flows across Salesforce and reporting platforms. Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Analytics teams across multiple brands and business units.

Work remotely handling inbound and outbound sales calls, converting qualified leads into subscribers, documenting activities in Salesforce and other provided systems, overcoming objections, and meeting daily sales targets. Representatives must complete at least 75 calls per shift, maintain ethical customer interactions, and work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role is fully commission-based and includes paid training.
