Develop and manage broker and consultant partnerships, secure group benefits agreements, build business across the Atlanta territory, and grow premiums and membership volume. Create group-specific sales and marketing plans, educate brokers on unique voluntary benefits products, meet annual sales targets, and travel regularly throughout the territory.

Lead sales operations across Illinois by recruiting, training, coaching, and developing 1099 independent sales agents. Own statewide sales strategy, provide performance feedback, conduct company seminars, generate leads, drive enrollments and member retention, and coach agents on selling skills, supervision, and compliance. The role is remote and field-based, requiring travel within the state and residence inside the territory.

Own MASA's digital marketing performance across seminar marketing, paid media, and CRO. Build AI-driven automations, run programmatic/native campaigns, design and execute creative/CRO tests, analyze multi-source data, and report insights that improve acquisition, attendance, conversion, and ROI.
