The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality through manual testing of web applications, preparing testing artifacts, tracking bugs, and verifying fixes.

Manage and monitor servers, applications, and databases across company locations; troubleshoot system issues; document processes; support customer escalations.

Develop and maintain backend software using Java and Spring Boot, diagnose and fix bugs, document systems, and support customer issue resolution. Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions and assist with operational support tasks.
