Teams at Mediar Therapeutics

Conduct antibody and protein engineering experiments supporting biotherapeutic discovery, including mammalian expression, purification, and biochemical and biophysical characterization. Use BLI, ELISA, HPLC/FPLC, and SDS-PAGE to assess antibody quality, stability, and developability. Analyze data, troubleshoot workflows, maintain cell cultures and documentation, improve laboratory methods, and communicate findings across cross-functional research teams. The role is fully onsite five days per week.
