Manages the London workplace, including daily office operations, suppliers, budgets, facilities coordination, security, health and safety, office projects, events, employee initiatives, executive support, and business travel coordination. The role partners with senior stakeholders, manages contractors and workplace improvements, supports compliance and audits, and ensures a welcoming, efficient, secure, and well-run office environment.

Provides administrative and operational support to senior Business Affairs and Operations leaders across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include diary and travel coordination, meeting scheduling, finance processing, vendor and client communication, presentation preparation, resource tracking, NDA management, and project research. The role also supports advertising delivery workflows across international markets and requires strong organization, discretion, attention to detail, and flexibility across time zones.

Manage client and project activity across Thailand and APAC, coordinating with account, creative, planning, production, media, and global teams. Represent local market insights during campaign development, localization, and implementation. Maintain client status documents, schedule meetings, manage estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, and job closeout. The role requires strong communication in English and Thai, meticulous project management, multitasking, cultural awareness, and collaboration across time zones.
