Lead mlcoa’s Northern Territory operations by managing and developing the Customer Service team, overseeing service delivery, maintaining client relationships and SLAs, resolving issues, supporting recruitment and training, and partnering with senior leaders on growth, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Provides clinical physiotherapy, injury prevention, workplace rehabilitation, health and wellness programs, workplace and capacity assessments, risk assessments, job modification advice, and health surveillance. The role operates from a Hobart clinic and at client sites across Tasmania, serving individuals and organizations within a multidisciplinary allied health team.

Provides clinical exercise physiology, injury prevention, workplace rehabilitation, health and wellness, capacity, and health surveillance services. Conducts workplace, task, role-risk, job-demands, pre-employment, and capacity assessments, recommending workplace modifications. Delivers services in clinics, workplaces, and homes across Tasmania while collaborating with a multidisciplinary allied health team.
