Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, build stakeholder relationships, manage portfolio performance, identify cross-sell opportunities, and deliver rehabilitation assessments and interventions to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes.

Own customer relationships and service delivery nationally, drive referral and revenue growth, partner with operations to embed improvements, identify and pursue new business, and represent the organisation publicly to enhance customer outcomes.

Provide front-line client support for an allied health practice: manage client communications, bookings, complaints, document and data entry, phone and email triage, and assist the Clinic Manager with client and staff queries.
