Provides occupational rehabilitation services for clients with physical and psychological conditions. Conducts clinical, workplace, functional capacity, ADL, and vocational assessments; identifies recovery barriers; develops return-to-work solutions; and collaborates with workers, employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals. Delivers injury prevention and workplace education programs while managing a supported caseload. New graduates and early-career professionals are welcomed with supervision, onboarding, and development opportunities.

Provides workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work services for injured clients, supporting safe and sustainable outcomes. Manages a culturally and linguistically diverse caseload, builds customer relationships, participates in critical case reviews, and represents the organization at forums and events. The role also supports team development, onboarding, and student development while maintaining high standards of communication, customer service, and case management.

Coordinates medical assessment bookings, consultant schedules, client enquiries, medical files, invoicing and status updates. Provides administrative support to consultants, maintains client and consultant relationships, and assists with reception duties. The role requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, teamwork, independence, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in case management or medical reporting is desirable.
