Verify and process patient collection/payment documents: split, merge, map, and upload PDFs; validate portal documents; update missing or mismatched information; follow SOPs and coordinate with project leads to clarify discrepancies.

Provide front-line technical support, configuration, and training for EMR software users. Troubleshoot issues, implement workflow improvements, set up integrations (e-prescribing, lab/immunization/HIE, eFax), configure reminders and devices, test new features, collaborate with internal teams, and travel to client sites up to three days weekly.

Provide phone and email technical support to clinics and healthcare professionals using the cloud EHR MYLE. Triage and resolve issues, escalate complex tickets to engineering, contribute to the knowledge base, and collaborate with the support team. Follow defined shift schedules and participate in internal training and onboarding.
