Lead end-to-end onboarding for laboratory clients by developing implementation plans, configuring workflows, coordinating data migration and integrations, delivering remote and onsite training, providing end-user support, auditing tickets, and assigning implementation tasks. Serve as an escalation point for complex accounts, improve onboarding processes, and mentor junior team members while maintaining strong client relationships.

Provide remote technical and product-use support for clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals using the MYLE electronic medical record platform. Responsibilities include responding to customer requests by phone and email, diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, collaborating on ticket resolution, escalating complex cases, and improving internal processes and knowledge documentation. The role includes structured progression from customer assistance associate to N1 and N2 support specialist, with occasional night, weekend, and on-call shifts.
