Own the reliability, security, availability, backups, disaster recovery, deployments, and hosting of Windows- and Linux-based production environments. Manage servers, networking, access controls, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, high availability, recovery testing, CI/CD support, infrastructure upgrades, and deployment automation. Evaluate cloud and hybrid-cloud modernization strategies while coordinating incidents, vendors, and technology lifecycle activities.

Soutenir le PDG, la Chief of Staff et l’équipe de direction dans la gestion des agendas, réunions, déplacements, dépenses, communications et documents confidentiels. Organiser les réunions du conseil, événements et lunchs d’affaires, rédiger les comptes rendus, suivre les actions et coordonner des projets spéciaux. Gérer également les fournitures, les fournisseurs et les besoins opérationnels des locaux, tout en assurant une disponibilité au bureau et en dehors des heures normales au besoin.

Supports the CEO, Chief of Staff, and executive team through calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, communications, expense management, document and presentation preparation, board and strategic meeting logistics, confidential records management, office administration, vendor coordination, and special projects. The role is fully office-based, requires occasional availability outside normal hours, and requires fluency in French and English.
