Provides primary and acute medical care to residents across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include patient rounds, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care, communicating with families and staff, and mentoring nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Frequent regional travel is required.

Provides psychological evaluations, diagnostic interviews, standardized testing, psychotherapy, and individualized evidence-based treatment to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams, delivers psychoeducation to clients and families, maintains confidential documentation, and participates in case conferences and professional development.
