Review workers' compensation claim referrals, prepare and submit initial bills and reconsiderations, request necessary documentation, monitor claim/reconsideration status, post payments in account software, and report denial trends to supervisors.

Coordinate and bill hospital claims using billing software; handle VA, WC and CVC hospital billing; mail/fax documents to obtain payment; perform heavy phone work and update multiple systems; meet deadlines and multitask. Schedule is Mon–Fri, hourly position.

Manage and oversee provider enrollment processes and team for multiple clients, ensure compliance with policies and CMS guidelines, coordinate with offshore vendors and internal departments, monitor performance and audit results, resolve enrollment and revenue-impacting issues, create training and process documentation, and support special projects.
