Manage an occupational health clinic while providing direct patient care for workplace injuries, illnesses, emergencies, screenings, and wellness services. Lead clinic staff, maintain medical documentation, coordinate workers’ compensation claims and OSHA records, and support billing, payroll, scheduling, onboarding, supplies, equipment, and daily operations. The role requires a California RN license, BLS certification, at least five years of clinical experience, and two years of management or leadership experience.

Provides as-needed onsite occupational health nursing in an employer-based clinic. Responsibilities include assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses, patient care, workers’ compensation case management, return-to-work facilitation, treatment monitoring, screenings, physical assessment testing, medical charting, OSHA record-keeping, wellness support, and EMR documentation. Works with medical providers, client staff, and operational leadership.

Perform X-rays in an advanced care clinic under onsite providers’ direction, assist with permitted clinical duties, and support patient care. This PRN role provides weekday daytime coverage with no guaranteed hours. Candidates must be certified, unrestricted radiologic technologists with accredited training, BLS certification, ARRT registration, and two years of X-ray technician experience.

Provides onsite occupational and urgent care, assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses. Responsibilities include employee health support, screenings, case management, medical charting, OSHA record-keeping, EMR documentation, and supervision of allied healthcare staff. The role requires valid practical nursing licensure, CPR/BLS certification, strong technology and communication skills, and the ability to lift a 50-pound emergency response bag. Occupational health, worksite clinic, emergency medicine, or critical care experience is preferred.

Provides occupational and episodic medical care across employer-based clinics in the Quad Cities on a flexible PRN weekday schedule. Responsibilities include treating work-related injuries and illnesses, conducting physicals and medical surveillance exams, completing DOT and return-to-work evaluations, educating patients, supporting wellness initiatives, documenting care in an EMR, and collaborating with clinical, operational, safety, HR, and client teams.

Provide float nursing coverage across multiple onsite worksite clinics, delivering occupational and primary care per Medcor protocols. Evaluate and treat injuries/illnesses, perform surveillance testing, immunizations, preventive screenings, document in EMR, coordinate with physicians, assist with clinic setup and staff training, follow CDC and HIPAA guidelines, and travel frequently to support multiple sites.
