Provides clinic-based ABA therapy for pediatric clients with autism and developmental disabilities. Conducts functional behavior assessments, develops individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervises and mentors behavior technicians and analysts in training, monitors progress through clinical data, educates caregivers, collaborates with multidisciplinary professionals, and maintains compliant clinical documentation.

Provides clinic-based, individualized ABA therapy for pediatric clients with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs, BTs, BATs, and BCaBAs, analyzing progress data, educating families, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, and maintaining compliant clinical documentation. The role supports a low caseload of six clients and emphasizes evidence-based, family-centered care.

Provides individualized pediatric occupational therapy interventions under an Occupational Therapist’s supervision. Supports children’s fine motor, sensory processing, coordination, visual-motor, self-care, strength, and developmental skills through engaging therapeutic activities. Documents sessions and progress, communicates with families, collaborates with multidisciplinary providers, and maintains a safe, encouraging clinic environment. New graduates are welcome to apply.
