Provides clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervising and mentoring behavior technicians and analysts, monitoring progress through data, educating caregivers, collaborating with multidisciplinary clinicians, and maintaining compliant clinical documentation.

Coordinate and maintain ABA therapy schedules for clients, BCBAs, and RBTs; manage changes, cancellations, and coverage; ensure alignment with authorizations; maintain EMR scheduling accuracy; communicate with families and clinical teams; monitor trends and generate productivity reports.

Provide one-on-one pediatric speech therapy in patients' homes under SLP supervision. Implement individualized plans for speech, language, articulation, feeding/swallowing, and social communication; monitor progress, document care, educate caregivers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
