Provides first- and second-level technical support to executives and staff across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, point-of-sale systems, printers, phones, and conferencing technology. Manages onboarding, offboarding, accounts, workstation configuration, software deployment, updates, incidents, documentation, and escalations through ServiceNow. Supports approximately 800 end users while meeting service-level expectations, including dedicated executive support and rotating weekend on-call coverage in a hybrid Toronto-based role.

Owns end-to-end lead funnel optimization, including lead scoring, performance analysis, dashboard reporting, conversion improvement, CRM and marketing automation administration, and data governance. Partners with Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to improve lead quality, accelerate funnel movement, diagnose performance issues, and deliver insights that support campaign strategy, resource allocation, and revenue growth.

Manages full-cycle recruitment across Ontario, develops sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, and leads talent attraction, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives. Partners with hiring managers, conducts candidate assessments, coordinates interviews, supports early-career programs, builds educational and professional partnerships, and reports recruitment metrics and market insights to leadership. The role also focuses on hard-to-fill clinical and leadership positions and delivering strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
