Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports complex Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Health, and Experience Clouds. Responsibilities include Apex and Lightning development, Salesforce integrations, workflows, custom applications, technical design, SDLC participation, Agile collaboration, estimation, documentation, and user support. The role partners with product owners and third-party developers to deliver enterprise-level CRM and digital experience solutions.

Coordinates client flow during in-clinic and virtual healthcare appointments, ensuring efficient visits and exceptional service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in clients, guiding them through appointments, coordinating with clinic staff, meeting service metrics, resolving inquiries, supporting phone lines, responding to communications, and completing administrative duties. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Welcomes and assists clinic clients, manages check-ins, check-outs, appointments, payments, forms, inquiries, and client flow. Coordinates with clinic departments, supports concierge and clinic flow teams, completes opening and closing procedures, maintains reception supplies, and performs administrative duties while delivering high-quality hospitality and service.
