Owns the financial performance and P&L of an eCommerce and Loyalty portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include financial modelling, forecasting, reporting, scenario analysis, business cases, commercial insights, and continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.

Provides commercial finance analysis for MECCA’s Property portfolio, including monthly reporting, feasibility studies, capital expenditure tracking, post-investment reviews, budgets, forecasts, rent projections, financial models, and scenario analysis. Partners with Property, Facilities, Retail Operations, and Finance stakeholders to support investment decisions, improve reporting, and deliver clear financial insights.

Leads quality across five web and mobile squads, mentoring Test Analysts and Test Engineers while shaping shift-left testing practices. Owns manual and automated testing outcomes, supports performance, accessibility, resilience, observability, and CI/CD initiatives, and remains hands-on with automation and API testing. Partners with Automation Leads, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to identify risks early, influence delivery decisions, and maintain quality across multiple concurrent projects.
