Lead and coach a retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, support the store opening and onboarding, drive commercial and operational outcomes with the store leadership team, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. Role requires evening and weekend availability and participation in launch activities.

Provide personalised skin consultations and relaxing facials, recommend skincare products and ingredients, build customer relationships, deliver exceptional in-store experiences, work collaboratively with the team, and participate in ongoing training and upskilling through MECCA education programs.
