Supports brand and product management for MECCA’s makeup category, including brand planning, product launches, range development, campaign and visual merchandising activity, product setup, collateral coordination, brand partner relationships, claims management, and international brand visit logistics. The role works cross-functionally with planning, marketing, education, freight, distribution, and store teams while managing multiple deadlines and commercial priorities.

Lead and support the store management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach and upskill staff, drive KPIs, motivate the team, and work evenings and weekends as required for a part-time (20 hrs/week) Zone Manager role.

Lead and motivate the Maxima Wintergarden retail team, support management in delivering exceptional customer experiences, drive store performance against KPIs, and coach team members through feedback and upskilling. The role requires strong retail leadership experience, customer-service passion, and availability for late evenings and weekends. This is a part-time position offering 35 hours per week.
