Teams at MECCA Brands

Lead commercial strategy for MECCA-Maginations brands by analyzing markets, competitors, retailers, categories, products, and international opportunities. Develop market sizing, financial models, business cases, due diligence, investment recommendations, and go-to-market plans. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Inventory, Brand Marketing, and other teams to evaluate new brands, partnerships, and portfolio decisions.

Manage end-to-end supply, production, demand, and inventory planning across MECCA’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include reviewing forecasts, creating production and replenishment plans, maintaining ERP master data, coordinating purchase orders and suppliers, monitoring inventory health, and supporting product launches and promotions. The role partners with product development, brand, marketing, operations, manufacturers, and freight providers to optimize availability, delivery, and inventory levels.

Shapes solution architecture for MECCA’s digital initiatives across eCommerce, mobile, customer identity, loyalty, marketing, and customer experience. Partners with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Security, Data, Platform, and Enterprise Architecture teams from discovery through implementation. Creates architecture documentation, integration models, design decisions, and non-functional requirements; evaluates platforms and vendors; establishes scalable API-first, cloud-native, event-driven patterns; and mentors engineers and emerging architects.
