Provides behavior-analytic services for children with autism and other special needs across home, community, and clinic settings. Conducts assessments, develops treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervises RBTs, delivers direct therapy, trains parents, monitors client progress, and coordinates services while meeting authorization and documentation requirements.

Lead the clinical, operational, financial, and people-management success of an ABA learning center. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality interdisciplinary ABA, speech, and occupational therapy services; coaching clinical leaders; managing revenue, staffing, utilization, and profitability; recruiting and retaining staff; building a strong culture; improving family experiences; resolving concerns; and strengthening community relationships.

Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments for children with autism and developmental delays; develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans; coach parents; train and support Registered Behavior Technicians; analyze progress data; and adjust evidence-based interventions to promote skill development.
