Lead the clinical, operational, financial, and people success of an ABA learning center. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality ABA, speech, and occupational therapy services; coaching clinical leaders; managing revenue, staffing, utilization, and profitability; recruiting and retaining staff; resolving family concerns; and building strong community relationships and an accountable, positive culture.

Provides clinical leadership for BCBAs, conducts assessments and functional behavior assessments, manages a client caseload, supervises clinical programming, trains parents, reviews cases, supports clinical metrics, mentors clinicians, and assists with clinic leadership and crisis management.
