Supervise capital works across void and tenanted properties, overseeing multi-trade teams and subcontractors. Ensure work is properly resourced, delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality, safety, and compliance standards. Conduct quality audits and competency assessments, monitor performance and assets, manage and mentor employees, and maintain strong customer service and stakeholder communication. The role also requires health and safety reporting, operational monitoring, and adherence to company procedures.

Supports the General Manager with commercial control, cost management, compliance, reporting, purchasing, invoicing, and work-order billing across housing property contracts. The role also manages Commercial Assistants, coordinates client and service-user communications, supports local administrative operations, and maintains accurate records, company assets, health and safety, and customer service standards.

Coordinate transport and logistics activities, including driver planning, scheduling, service-user movements, shared inboxes, system updates, records, and performance information. Provide administrative and customer-service support, manage complaints and risks, collaborate with regional teams and external organisations, and ensure safeguarding, contractual, and service requirements are met. The role requires strong organisation, communication, prioritisation, adaptability, and IT skills.
