Perform general repairs, planned works and refurbishments to housing properties, deliver excellent tenant customer service, record tasks on a PDA, maintain company assets and manage van stock and materials following company procedures.

Manage planned retrofit works across social housing properties, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress and workmanship, and ensuring compliance with health and safety, CDM, building regulations, and company standards. Oversee refurbishment activities including insulation, windows, doors, heating, roofing, scaffolding, and work at height. Liaise with residents and stakeholders, maintain accurate records, report issues, and support continuous improvement.

Provides administrative support for local operations, including maintaining records and spreadsheets, handling tenant enquiries, scheduling work, booking operative jobs, processing communications, and supporting purchase orders, invoicing, and cost data entry. The role involves stakeholder liaison, customer service, meeting attendance, and coordination with internal teams, clients, service users, and operatives. It is a full-time, office-based position in Coatbridge.
