Sources and acquires residential properties across Yorkshire and Humberside for government housing contracts. Builds relationships with landlords, agents, developers, and stakeholders; negotiates acquisitions; manages property pipelines; verifies standards and documentation; supports properties through completion; maintains accurate records; meets acquisition targets; and ensures compliance with company and contractual requirements. This home-based role includes regular travel to property visits, networking events, and team meetings.

Provides administrative support for property operations, including coordinating asbestos works, managing communications, purchase orders, invoices, records, cost data, appointments, and property readiness. Liaises with clients, service users, operatives, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely work completion and accurate updates. The role also supports customer care, health and safety, compliance with company procedures, meetings, and training.

Coordinate temporary accommodation placements for asylum seekers by allocating bedspaces, arranging relocations, identifying suitable properties, processing service-user notifications, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires collaboration with regional and transport teams, safeguarding awareness, occupancy and property-turnover support, responsive communication, customer service, and effective problem-solving. Daily duties also include managing emails, phone calls, and service-user data securely.
