Coordinates IT projects and business change initiatives, translating requirements between technical teams and business users. Manages stakeholder relationships, project plans, requirements documentation, UAT, sign-off, and handovers to business-as-usual teams. The role is fully remote in the UK with travel typically one to two times monthly. It requires project delivery experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and familiarity with SQL and Visio.

Supports repairs and maintenance teams with property upkeep, including assisting skilled tradespeople, driving a flatbed vehicle to transport materials, supporting site visits and inspections, clearing properties, moving materials, setting up sites, and performing general labouring duties. The role requires safe working practices, teamwork, customer service, a full UK driving licence, and previous operative, labouring, or property maintenance experience.

Schedules and coordinates repairs and maintenance work for operatives and subcontractors. Monitors appointments, follow-on works, overdue tasks, KPIs, and urgent jobs while maintaining accurate records. Communicates with residents, contractors, supervisors, and administrators, supports job-management systems and PDA updates, provides administrative assistance, and contributes to service improvements and compliance.
