Execute daily social media operations across client accounts: schedule and publish platform-formatted content, run QC checks, monitor and triage community interactions, manage content calendars, resize and repost assets, pull and populate analytics reports, run competitor scans, maintain asset libraries, and support onboarding and process improvements under the Social Media Manager's direction.

Build and deploy AI voice agents to handle inbound intake calls, integrate them with CRMs and tracking tools, design and iterate call flows and escalation logic, monitor performance, and expand AI automations and integrations across internal and client-facing workflows.
