Teams at Meals on Wheels San Francisco

Provides client communication, administrative coordination, and operational support for home-delivered meal services. Responds to inquiries, updates client records in Salesforce, coordinates service changes, documents delivery issues, communicates with drivers and internal teams, supports intake and safety procedures, and maintains spreadsheets, reports, and follow-up tasks while protecting confidentiality and resolving sensitive concerns professionally.

Supports fundraising operations, donor stewardship, annual giving campaigns, special events, gift processing, CRM administration, reporting, and grants management. Serves as the Salesforce NPSP super user, maintains donor data integrity, coordinates campaign and grant deadlines, prepares donor communications and reports, and collaborates with Finance, Communications, Programs, leadership, donors, volunteers, and community partners.
