Provide administrative and bookkeeping support to the Finance Department: maintain donation and vendor records, process revenue and deposits, assist accounts payable/receivable, perform reconciliations, prepare documentation for audits, support scheduling and committee minutes, and handle general clerical duties and customer inquiries.

Support day-to-day finance operations including donation processing and donor records, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, grant documentation, procurement records, compliance and audit preparation, and administrative support for the finance team and committee.
