Provide nursing care to residents according to care plans, monitor and report health changes, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and maintain a safe environment.

Manage all aspects of a long-term care facility, including clinical and support operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staffing, employee development, budgeting, business practices, marketing, census growth, and community relationships. Conduct facility rounds, uphold residents’ rights, coordinate consultants, participate in inspections, and ensure compliance with Texas regulations and accreditation standards.
