Supports assigned customer accounts, resolves inquiries, promotes products and services, identifies account growth opportunities, and assists with prospecting and sales calls. Maintains customer and sales records, uses Salesforce and Power BI, prepares sales reports and presentations, collaborates with internal teams, and helps achieve volume, profit, and revenue targets.

Supervise and direct cooler/warehouse staff to ensure accurate, on-time loading and inventory management. Coordinate with production, sales, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, enforce food safety and workplace safety, manage employee relations and timekeeping, document procedures, and drive operational efficiency and cost containment.
