Provides end-user and infrastructure support across hardware, software, networks, connectivity, file storage, and security systems. Installs, configures, upgrades, patches, tests, and maintains computer equipment and network components. Manages inventories, licenses, preventive maintenance, work orders, and technical records. Troubleshoots issues, monitors network vulnerabilities, maintains firewalls and switches, and communicates technical solutions to users. Requires at least two years of experience, advanced networking knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Leads the finance function, overseeing accounting operations, close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, controls, compliance, audits, and financial process documentation. Manages offshore finance support teams, establishes service standards, determines appropriate offshore delegation, and safeguards sensitive financial data. Partners with the COO on strategic financial planning and decision support while ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable finance operations.

Leads the U.S. HR function, including strategy, employment compliance, talent processes, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll oversight, and performance management. Oversees offshore HR support staff, develops process documentation and delegation playbooks, manages sensitive employee data, and determines which HR activities should be delivered onshore or offshore. Partners with the COO to improve HR service quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and employee experience across a multi-state, multi-shore organization.
