The Development Manager builds and manages donor, corporate, foundation, and community relationships to grow contributed revenue. Responsibilities include donor stewardship, major gifts, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, grant applications and reporting, fundraising events, pipeline management, CRM data maintenance, forecasting, and performance reporting. The role collaborates across leadership, program, and finance teams to align fundraising with youth workforce development goals and organizational priorities.

The Human Resource Manager partners with site leadership on talent strategy, recruiting, retention, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, HRIS maintenance, compensation, benefits, investigations, and process improvement. The role supports multiple facilities, manages sensitive employment matters, advises managers, and leads benefits administration. Occasional travel between facilities and event locations is required, including periodic travel by car or airplane.

Drives new business and market growth for IT asset disposition services by prospecting enterprise and government clients, managing relationships, developing tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Advises clients on data security, asset recovery, recycling, refurbishment, compliance, and environmental responsibility. Uses CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecasts, collaborates with processing and logistics teams, and identifies upsell opportunities.
